We are a family that loves peace, quiet and fresh air. That is why, in 2012, we built a house a stone’s throw from nature.
In 2013 we started our adventure as hosts on Airbnb by renting out the Studio.
After a few years, we decided to publish our Studio also on Booking.com.
Enthusiastic of this experience, we renovated the house, obtaining a two-room flat to welcome new guests.
We love hosting and welcoming people from all over the world.
We offer a clean and comfortable place, where feeling at home is a must. We give our guests any kind of support, even if only for a short stay.
Our dream? That every guest takes a small memory of us with them.

“Très joli studio, très bien emménagé et fonctionnel. Nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit mais nous reviendrons, l’emplacement est idéal et au calme. Il y a plein d’attentions sympa: café et thé, petites confitures pour le petit déjeuner, produits de base si nécessaire à la salle de bain, linge de lit et de toilette. Arrivée très bien expliquée, communication facile avec les propriétaires. Super!“
“Claudia e la sua famiglia sono stati degli ospiti straordinari. Mi hanno fatto sentire a casa. Si sono rivelati sempre super gentili e disponibili a venire incontro alle mie necessità. La casa è molto accogliente ed è situata in una zona molto tranquilla. La casa è pulitissima e con abbastanza spazio per una persona ed i suoi bagagli. Grazie di cuore a tutti voi, da parte mia e di Rael.“
“Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist fabelhaft! Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und alles ist blitzsauber. Es gibt eine kleine Kochecke mit allem Zubehör das man braucht. Auch gibt es ein eigenes Bad (WC/Dusche) mit einem Körbchen in dem man alles findet was man vielleicht selber vergessen hat. Alles ist neu und modern eingerichtet. Wirklich top. Ich komme sicher wieder.“
“Soggiorno di due giorni reso perfetto anche da questo graziosissimo monolocale di recente costruzione a nemmeno 10 minuti da Lugano. Claudia un perfetto host disponibile per ogni cosa che mette a disposizione tutto, a partire da shampoo, capsule per caffè e marmellatine per fare colazione e phone. I miei sinceri complimenti, sicuramente ci ritorneremo.“
“Claudia is in a beautiful area right next to the nature reserve! There are good restaurants within walking distance and the bus to Lugano city center is easy to access. The studio apartment is perfect for a couple and I wish we had more time to stay and explore the area further!“
“This is a perfect little studio. Neatly tucked away yet close to town. Even in 30+ degrees (C) it stayed relatively cool. WiFi connection works great. The studio featured everything I needed and Claudia, the host had even stocked the fridge with some juice and milk.”
“Il soggiorno da Claudia è come sentirsi a casa. L’alloggio è veramente accogliente, ben riscaldato e immerso nel verde. Molto silenziosa per poter riposare. Ben collegata con le fermate dei bus e con palestre e market. Insomma un posto speciale in cui vivere a Lugano, completo di ogni servizio e Claudia è una persona veramente gentile e disponibile per ogni minima esigenza. Senza dubbio super consigliato!!! 5 stelle!!”
“Nous sommes restés 4 nuits chez Claudia et son mari. L’appartement est très confortable, très propre, très fonctionnel, très calme. Claudia, son mari et ses enfants sont adorables. Claudia a eu la gentillesse de nous laisser tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner. Son mari parle très bien français et nous a même conseiller un superbe restaurant typique du Tessin. Lugano est à 5-10 minutes en voiture. Je vous conseille vivement cet appartement si vous aimez le calme et un accueil humain. Grazie mille Claudia per tutto!”
“Mi son trovato benissimo, Claudia e la sua famiglia sono stati veramente gentili e mi hanno fatto sentire il calore della loro casa. Non manca nulla, appartamentino pulito e curato nell’essenziale per l’utilizzo quotidiano, all’interno della loro proprietà, la zona è molto bella, tranquilla riservata, ma pochi minuti da tutti i servizi essenziali. Eccellente esperienza, anche dal lato umano.”
